What We Do

We Understand How Marketing Works

For many businesses, a random mailing or advertisement schedule is how they define marketing their business.  To be honest, there are no “one hit wonders” in marketing.  It takes an ongoing process to get an effective result on your promotional effort.  According to the American Marketing Association, marketing is defined as the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large.  This requires:

  1. Repetition in your presentation,
  2. Evaluation of how how your message was received,
  3. Modifying the message as necessary  to reach a greater volume of your market.

With the ongoing changes in today’s marketing resources, it’s very important to continually adapt your strategy to respond to market changes and trends like social media, pay-per-click advertising, video, e mail and mobile marketing, blogs and content rich websites, so your  message doesn’t go unheard.

We Deliver The Latest Trends in Marketing

As many businesses are discovering, marketing is taking on a new face.  Traditionally, businesses turned to Radio, Print (mailings & newspaper/magazine ads) and Television advertisements to develop their brand and drive sales – that has changed. MP3 Players have impacted radio ratings, the Internet has greatly impacted Yellow-Page and Newspaper Advertising, and TiVo and Digital Recorders allow consumers to select the television advertising they want to see.  These news articles review some interesting statistics:

Nationally, total ad spending in the first half of the year fell 14.3% to $60.87 billion, according to research firm TNS Media Intelligence. The only medium to see growth was the internet, as marketers redirect resources toward online advertising and social networking. (Christopher Tritto – St. Louis Business Journal – November 5, 2009)

In mid-June, computer maker Dell announced it had earned $3 million in revenue from activity through Twitter alone. Granted, it took 18 months to earn the first million, but the balance rolled in within 6 months! (Jennifer Schiff – SmallBusinessComputing.com – June 6, 2009)

For the first time in 23 years, Pepsi will not have any ads in the Super Bowl. Instead, the company will be spending $20 million on a social media campaign it’s calling The Pepsi Refresh Project. (Christina Warren – Marshable The Social Media Guide – January 2010)

Just like back in the late 1990’s, now – more than ever – it’s important to adapt to the new marketing trends.  Then it was important to simply get your company online by establishing a website. Now, as the Millennium Generation (also known as Generation Y or Generation Next) are captivated by the convenience of information they’re just not going anywhere else. The sheer growth in attendance on Web 2.0 applications are statement enough:

LinkedIn: Over 90 million professionals in over 200 countries and territories around the world including Executives from all Fortune 500 Companies. A new member joins approximately every second and about half of the members reside outside the U.S. (www.linkedin.com)

Facebook: More than 7 million active users log-in on a daily basis with more than 2 million currently accessing Facebook through their mobile devices. Fastest growing demographic are women ages 35 and older. Approximately 30% Facebook Users are in the United States. (www.facebook.com)

Twitter: Approximately 24.1 million users in the U.S. Over 50% of this population are women and 44% falling between the ages of 18 and 34 and 28% between the ages of 35-49. (http://www.quantcast.com/twitter.com/demographics)

YouTube: Hundreds of millions of videos are watched on YouTube on a daily basis. In fact, every minute, 20 hours of video is uploaded to YouTube. The typical user base is from 18-55 years old and evenly divided between men and women, spanning all geographies. Approximately 51% of users access YouTube at least once per week. Mobile Technology: By 2013, there will be over 140 million U.S. consumers paying for mobile broadband, which will extend video, communication, networking, and support services to all sorts of devices. Parks Associates forecasts 4.5 billion mobile phone users worldwide by 2013, with many people using these devices as gateways for entertainment services, community information, and social networking. The increasing importance of the mobile phone will affect other product and service sectors. (www.itfacts.biz)

Because of new media trends, your website can easily position itself as the most important asset of your business. Everything else you do – in print or online – should be driving traffic back to your website where it records your market response. With a defined marketing strategy you can leverage a larger market and drive sales and performance.

Our Goal Is To Make Marketing Simple

“We’ve worked with many businesses to find the same situation – they’re in business to do what they do best.  Now, unless they’ve just opened shop as a marketing firm, marketing is typically not their strong suit but agree that it is very essential to the success of their business venture.  First, we understand first-hand how challenging starting a business can be. (Been there, done that.)  We understand the desire to achieve big results on reduced budgets or limited funds.  We also see so many businesses still struggling to grasp the benefit of the new technology that they’re falling way behind their competitors.  Marketing is our passion.  It’s our job to watch the market trends and stay current with latest technology.  Most importantly, we get it!  We work with our clients to identify a strategy that will effectively reach their market, then we implement and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly activity to ensure they get the results they deserve.” ~ Julie Eudy

Our Beliefs are Basic

These are simple rules we live by on a daily basis, so we’re sure you’ll hear us reciting at some point or another.

  • Something is Better than Nothing - We believe that even the littlest task done consistently to promote your business is better than nothing at all.
  • There are No ‘One Hit Wonders’ in Marketing - Marketing is a process of speaking, listening and adjusting your message until it’s heard by your target audience.  When you have their attention, your message changes to something that keeps them coming back for more.
  • Each Customer is Unique and So Is The Support We Provide - We’ve been asked if we have experience working in a specific industry.  While we do have some experience in specific markets, the marketing process is is the same.  What’s different is the market and message.  This is unique to each business.  We help business find their unique value then start a conversation with the specific people who need to know – their customers.  The industry you represent doesn’t really matter in the conversation.
  • Marketing Without Analysis is Just A Waste of Time - If you continue to implement marketing campaigns with out ever reviewing the results, you’ll have no idea of how to fix what’s not working.
