RATES:
Our standard rates are competitive to the market rate for
seasoned Virtual Assistants. Your rate may vary based on the level
of expertise you're requiring for your project. Discounts are
considered for Retainer
Agreements designed to meet your monthly support needs. Event Management, Marketing and
Desktop Publishing projects may require a deposit in addition to the
signed agreement in order to start service. We're willing to consider
your budget
requirements in our structure. For more cost conscious projects
you may be partnered with a mentor or coaching student. Please call our office at

REFERRAL PROGRAM:
For each new Service Agreement Golden Services Group receives from the
referral of a current client or another associate, that client or
associate will receive a voucher or credit for 2-FREE hours of service. |

Factors
- The Labor Statistics are provided by
the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics courtesy of
www.work-the-web.com. The
employee cost comes from Table 2: Employer costs per hour worked for
employee compensation: Civilian workers, by occupational and industry
group, March 2003 (Executive, Administrative, and Managerial) which
states that an in-house employee costs a company $43.54/hour. This
does NOT include the expenses related to the equipment and office
space required for them to perform the job.
- A Virtual Assistant pays for his or
her own taxes, benefits and equipment. On average, the industry
starting rate is approximately $30/hr.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
- Business Check, Cashier’s Check or
Money Order made payable to: Golden Services Group
- VISA, MC, AMEX or Discover accepted
through PAYPAL

GENERAL TERMS:
- A signed
Service Agreement, outlining the task details, timeline, and payment
schedule of the project will be required prior to work commencement.
- All invoices are payable within 5 days
from receipt
and based on US Dollars.
- Depending on the project, a deposit
may be required to begin the job. The deposit will be applied to the
project balance.
- Golden Services Group reserves the
right to add a 25% surcharge to projects requiring a “RUSH” or holiday
service.
